A typical session
My experience with clients is that their inner intention for self-transformation leads them to my healing room. My appointments with them are part of a larger cycle of healing they have embarked upon within their life circumstances.
A typical session is 1 hour and 15 minutes. We begin by simply talking. The client shares about their life, challenges and needs. Through this conversation an opening into working deeply with their soul is revealed.
The work itself may be more conversation, perhaps a guided visualization to allow the client to deeply enter the roots of an issue. It can also be simply holding the client through a powerful emotional release and process of self-discovery. At some point I usually ask the client to lie on a massage couch and do hands on healing work. I am sometimes guided to use my voice to tone into areas of the body or use Tibetan and crystal singing bowls to bring healing. A session can look not too dissimilar to a counseling session or can turn into a shamanic experience.

I have a wealth of training and take my cues from the client and intuition. Clients are always fully clothed and I describe where and how I will touch them and ask for permission before working in this way. At any point if a client is uncomfortable with any aspect of my work I will adapt it to ensure their comfort and feeling of safety.
A session will end with a short conversation to integrate and anchor the work and allow space for reflection or questions.
Having been a schoolteacher for many years I have a particular focus on education and quite often offer my clients practices that they can follow at home to enhance and support the work we do together.
Each appointment is 1hour 15 minutes and costs £60.00. Concessions are available in individual circumstances, please call me to discuss.

Healing session £60
After the initial session I have with a client, I recommend that they sleep on it for a few days and then feel into whether they wish to re-book and with what frequency.
In most cases I feel fortnightly healing sessions provide nourishing support.
Some people are dedicated to personal change and prefer weekly support. At times of significant change or personal difficulty, weekly is definitely best for a period of a few months and then possibly opening into a different rhythm.
Some clients choose to come regularly once a month as a part of their ongoing commitment to supporting their personal and spiritual health. The frequency really depends on what your particular needs and intentions are.
